Being an early Saturday night 8:18 it's not too busy. Placed the order over the phone for pickup and the young lady was decent. Did arrive a little too early to get my pie, but was given an approximate wait time and was treated with courtesy. The restaurant is clean and wait staff seem courteous. I have read a few reviews in this place and the I have never had issues with here. They have a great selection on their menu and even serve alcohol along with wine.

Absolutely terrible! I'm surprised this place hasn't gone out of business yet. Food is overpriced, greasy, and sodas are very expensive. There is even a news channel not even related to our city! Go to Johnny's across the street. Much better that this trash.

I'm known for my taste in good pizza. I didn't have to think much about this pizza because it's worse than getting frozen pizza at Krogers. The workers were very aggressive like they hated the job with a passion. It's way over priced for the quality. It tastes like 10% of what I'm paying for it and the water was dirty and I felt like me asking for help was a bother. The motto over there is supposed to be modeled around being a family, it is a business but it's a family business. The minute everyone starts treating each other with respect and compassion is the minute foxes pizza in lake Charles become something decent. To many negative vibes in the air and not enough mercy for one another, doesn't feel exactly like eating diner with the family. It feels more like a hot and sweaty hostile environment!

We came on a Wednesday night at 6:15. It was not very busy, but every time you turned around you had to flag wait staff down for something! You head to the buffet... No plates. You fix a salad... Out of Ranch. Want iceberg lettuce? Forget about it, nothing but soggy pieces at the bottom of the bin. Back to the buffet. The pizza was SUPER greasy! I was disappointed to find a hair, not the color of my own, on my pizza. I realize it was probably due to a fellow pizza buffet lover, but gross nonetheless. Kids eat for .99 apparently and draft beer is cheap, otherwise I would have give one star.

I put a negative comment about fox's pizza and I realized I did that out of haste and anger. The owner Brian is a very good man who's passionate about his business! I realized comments can affect a business and business only as good as there employees but some time help is hard to find! The sandwiches and pizza are very good here!
